We have been recently notified about an emergency maintenance to be carried out on the rack which hosts our uk3 node in the UK. Our datacenter has let us know that the PDU (Power Distribution Unit) on the rack has started to show signs of potential failure in the near future. As the PDU may fail at any time at this point, they are going to proactively replace it to avoid extended downtime....

Thursday, 28 February 2019, 17:30 - Large scale packet loss seems to be affecting our Orlando location at this moment. We've reached out to the datacenter to look into it. Thursday, 28 February 2019, 17:45 - Our datacenter has confirmed that this was due to an incoming DDoS attack on their infrastructure unrelated to us. All services should now be behaving as expected.

Due to a potential PDU issue in our UK cabinet, our DC is going to perform a PDU swap. During this time uk2 node is going to be offline for a 20-30 min period. The maintenance is going to take place at Thursday February 7th, 2019 @ 5:00PM CST. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused due to this.
