Sunday, 30 August 2020, 08:29 - we are aware of connectivity issues over Level 3 / Centurylink that may be causing connectivity issues for your VPS on the east coast having an effect on numerous customers beyond ourselves.

If a traceroute ("how to traceroute" is a great query in Google if you're not sure what to do) shows that your ISP is attempting to connect via Level 3, that would be the reason you cannot connect at the moment.
We're keeping an eye on this situation and will update this announcement when it appears to be resolved.
