The perfect balance of Reliability, Uptime & Brutal Performance!

We are in contact with the DC about this for the last 3 days as it started happening. We are not getting much resolution. Here's best responses we got so far:

"I apologize for the delay. We have been experiencing a large sophisticated Distributed Denial of Service attack against IPs from within the UK. We are monitoring this and working to mitigate it."

"As far as we can tell it appears to be indiscriminately attacking a large number of different IP addresses. It's possible that the attackers are also attacking other networks, but we can only speculate about this. We are currently attempting to mitigate this issues, but this appears to be a very complex attack from a large number of spoofed IP address sources. We will continue to monitor this very closely."

Update: The issues have been solved by the datacenter.
